Adjudication The research work completed under the guidance of a specified guide has to be submitted any time after the completion of the minimum period of time mentioned above. If the submission is delayed beyond the specified maximum period, the student has to pay penal fee which would vary from time to time. The candidates have to submit 5 copies of their dissertation/thesis to the University along with the stipulated adjudication fee and other fees at the time of submission. In the event of the return of the dissertation/ thesis, the concerned candidate has to revise/rewrite as per the suggestions made by the external examiner and resubmit it within six months from the date of receipt of the returned dissertation from the University. There will be a Viva-voce for Ph.D; for M.Phil candidates there is no Viva-Voce.
