FACULTY

Faculty is the soul of any educational institution and at KCMAS due importance is given to the selection of the right professors.

In most business schools there is a pool of residential professors who teach all courses. Whereas this model has obvious advantages, KCMAS has chosen a newer model that is fast gaining popularity. Here there is a pool of core professors who apart from teaching interact with companies to understand their changing needs, design curriculum, and interface with students. However, most courses are taught by specialist professors either from the industry or from academia but are experts in their chosen area. These professors have both the knowledge and teaching ability. They are typically selected on the basis of student feedback and thus have to consistently do well to remain as faculty members.

The core faculty are all highly distinguished individuals who come with great reputations. They are well supported industry leaders and top class visiting faculty. Given the unique model professionals from all over the world visit and lend their global experiences.

Apart from classroom learning we believe greatly in blending this with real world learning. To this end a guest speaker is invited almost every month and a student on an average gets over 10 such talks in a year.
