Program Objectives

At the end of the programme the student would have developed:
• A strong knowledge base in all areas of management theory and practice.
• Key management skills and techniques.
• Confidence in analyzing and evaluating problems and taking decisions.
• Ability to think through issues and problems and see different angles involved as well as the integrated picture.
• A lively ethical concern.

KCMAS recognizes that techniques and concepts by themselves, though vital to 'business, are not enough without personal competence to come to grips with the challenges of a fast changing society. Therefore the development of the student's personality skills and strength so as to help him/her cope with change and pressure, willingness to accept and give constructive feedback, ability to motivate and develop one's colleagues'-- all these form integral parts of the MBA programme.

The programme also aims to orient the students to becoming socially responsible and sensitive citizens, in addition to becoming efficient corporate managers.
